COLUMBUS, Ohio (October 9, 2025) — The Greater Columbus Sports Commission and M3S Sports are thrilled to launch the inaugural Columbus Sports Series Challenge presented by the Greater Columbus Sports Commission, a unique loyalty program designed to celebrate runners and walkers who conquer all five of M3S Sports' iconic finish line experiences.
The 2026 Sports Series Challenge features in-person and virtual registration options for each event, making it accessible to athletes of all ages and fitness levels. The five featured events include:
Participants who complete all five races will be rewarded with an exclusive medal rack to commemorate and display their medals and celebrate their achievement at some of Columbus’ most iconic finish lines.
“Columbus is home to an incredible sports culture, and the Sports Series Challenge brings that to life for runners and walkers in a really special way,” said David Babner, Race Director of M3S Sports. “We’re excited to partner with the Greater Columbus Sports Commission to bring this series to life and give participants the chance to be part of five unforgettable race-day experiences, each tied to the teams and traditions that make our city proud.”
From the thrill of crossing Center Ice at the Columbus Blue Jackets to the iconic 50-yard line at Ohio Stadium, the Sports Series Challenge promises unparalleled finish line experiences that capture the spirit of Columbus. Registration for most events will also include tickets or passes to partner sporting events, allowing participants to further experience Columbus’ thriving sports community.
