The 2025 Run Wild 5K presented by OhioHealth roared back into action this summer with energy and excitement. For the second consecutive year, the event sold out—this time boasting 64% growth in participation. With a new course, new initiatives, and the same unforgettable finish, this year’s event proved why it’s becoming one of Central Ohio’s most unique and beloved summer running and walking events.

The inaugural 9.71K The Race presented by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center made a strong debut as a one-of-a-kind race day experience. Created in partnership with 97.1 The Fan, the event brought together runners, walkers, and fans of all paces and backgrounds for a morning full of energy, excitement, and community spirit.

The 2025 FORE! Miler presented by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and The James was a sold-out celebration of fitness, community, and tradition. More than 2,000 runners and walkers gathered on Thursday evening, May 22, to take part in one of central Ohio’s most unique race experiences and to kick off the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday in a memorable fashion.

The 2025 OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon Ignites Downtown Columbus with Unmatched Energy and a Celebration of Community and Wellness

11^th annual race set for May 22 will kick off Memorial Tournament week.

Thousands of runners, walkers, and hockey fans laced up their running shoes, braved the February weather, and took to the streets of Columbus for the 10^th annual 5th Line 5K, presented by OhioHealth. This was the largest 5^th Line 5K in the 10-year history as participants came together to celebrate fitness & hockey.

The OhioHealth First on the First 5K on New Year's Day kicked off the 2025 M3S Sports Race Season with more than 1,500 participants. 

The OhioHealth Capital City Half & Quarter Marathon and Columbus Promise 5K is proud to announce that it will host the Spring Black Girls RUN! National Meet-Up in 2025.
