Summary:
Run Wild at the Zoo and Zoombezi Bay!
The Run Wild 5K presented by OhioHealth, a run / walk that will take participants around the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium before a splashing finish in the Zoombezi Bay Wild Tides wave pool, will return on Sunday, July 6, 2025!
The 2025 Run Wild 5K will be held at 8 a.m. on Sunday, July 6. All participants will receive same day admission to Zoombezi Bay and the Columbus Zoo.

Spectator Registration:
Spectator registration will be available for $25 per person. All event attendees must have either a Participant or Spectator ticket to enter Zoombezi Bay on Event Day. Race participation and spectator tickets include all day admission to Zoombezi Bay and the Columbus Zoo on Sunday, July 6. You will receive an email closer to race day with instructions on how to purchase Spectator tickets. Spectator tickets are limited to 2 per runner and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Important information:
All runners and spectators must abide by Zoombezi Bay policies, and will be required to go through Zoo and Zoombezi Bay security screening. All bags will be checked before entering Zoo or Zoombezi Bay grounds. Any bags with prohibited items will be held at Security Screening until owner returns for pick up. Prohibited items, including alcohol, may be confiscated or destroyed. Zoombezi Bay Policies.

Packet Pick Up
Fleet Feet Lewis Center will host Packet Pick Up for the Run Wild 5K Run / Walk in 2025. Packet Pick Up will be held Thursday, July 3 and Saturday, July 6 during regular business hours at Fleet Feet Lewis Center, 1270 E. Powell Road, Lewis Center, Ohio 43221.
- Thursday, July 3 (11 a.m.–7 p.m.)
- Saturday, July 5 (10 a.m.–6 p.m.)
Please pick up your packet, including your event shirt and race bib, at Fleet Feet Lewis Center if you register before race day. A friend or family member may pick up your packet for you. Race Day Packet Pick Up begins at 6 a.m. on July 6 at the Columbus Zoo.
Please note: M3S Sports has a NO REFUND policy for all events. BIB TRANSFERS are allowed and $15 each. STROLLERS are allowed. NO PETS ALLOWED. Service animals specifically trained to aid person with a disability are welcome. Any participant over the age of 3 needs to be registered.
